Hida Sangyo TUGUMI Dining Chair VZ213N White Oak Solid Wood
Hida Sangyo (HIDA) is a leading Japanese furniture manufacturer founded in Takayama City, Gifu Prefecture in 1920.
Based on the woodworking culture inherited from Hida's master craftsmen and reliable processing technology, they continue to create high-quality furniture that utilizes the natural texture of wood and can be cherished for a long time.
This is the "TUGUMI" series dining chair VZ213N from Hida Sangyo.
It's a striking chair with a light backrest created by slender spokes and a simple form that utilizes the texture of natural wood.
Based on a Windsor chair, its design is understated, combining a traditional appearance with a lightness that easily fits into modern living spaces.
White oak wood, with its bright, gentle grain and beautiful texture, is used for the material.
The seat is gently carved to fit the body, allowing you to enjoy the natural feel of a wooden chair while providing a comfortable sitting experience.
With a relatively compact design of 40cm width, another attractive feature is how easily it helps keep the dining area neat and tidy.
The slender spoke back allows the gaze to pass through, reducing the feeling of oppression even when multiple chairs are arranged, and giving the space a light impression.
It is recommended not only for combinations with tables from the same series or Hida furniture, but also for Nordic modern, natural modern, and Japanese modern dining settings.
It is easy to match with a wide range of tables, from solid wood to simple round tables, and blends naturally into home dining areas, cafes, shops, and more.
