■ Company transport
For some products that cannot be delivered by the above delivery companies, we will deliver and set up the product using our own vehicle. (*Limited to Tokyo and its suburbs.)
Some products may require one-man delivery.

■ Regarding shipping and delivery
- Please note that we do not accept any delivery companies other than those specified by us.
- Depending on our schedule, shipping may take longer than a week.
- Depending on the season and time of year, delivery may not be possible or may be delayed depending on the delivery address.
- We are not responsible for any damage or malfunction of the equipment caused by the climate at the delivery destination.
- Any damage or malfunction caused by delivery issues will be handled by the delivery company (basically a refund will be provided). In such cases, we cannot guarantee business compensation or equipment installation/removal fees.
■ Regarding large items such as furniture
- Please note that some products, such as glass products, cannot be delivered due to the shipping company's conditions.
- Please note that there are some areas in Okinawa Prefecture, some areas in Hokkaido, and remote islands where we cannot ship due to the shipping company's conditions.
- If the product cannot be delivered or if additional delivery charges are required for lifting or other delivery methods, this will be the customer's responsibility and cancellations will not be accepted, so please be sure to check the delivery route and the size of the installation location.
- Due to the nature of the product and shipping procedures, assembly may be required, so please assemble the product yourself.
- Please note that if assembly is required, an additional fee and consultation will be required. *If you would like assembly, please make a reservation before shipping.
- You can also come to our office and pick up the products directly . Please contact us to arrange a date and time. Please note that loading work is the responsibility of the customer.
- Large items can only be received by truck, with vehicle size limited to 2t. Trucks over 4t cannot be accepted at all due to lack of parking and work space. In this transaction where the item is handed over directly, we cannot guarantee against accidents, external damage, operation, etc. during delivery.
- If you are picking up the item directly, we will not be responsible for any damage or accidents that occur during transportation, so please prepare and carry out the packing and transportation on the day yourself. Please prepare the packing materials in advance before coming.
