• Please note that some products, such as glass products, cannot be delivered due to the shipping company's conditions.

• If the product cannot be delivered or if additional delivery charges are required for lifting or other delivery methods, this will be the customer's responsibility and cancellations will not be accepted, so please be sure to check the delivery route and the size of the installation location.

• Large items can only be received by truck, with vehicle size limited to 2t. Trucks over 4t cannot be accepted at all due to lack of parking and work space. In this transaction where the item is handed over directly, we cannot guarantee against accidents, external damage, operation, etc. during delivery.
• If you are picking up the item directly, we will not be responsible for any damage or accidents that occur during transportation, so please prepare and carry out the packing and transportation on the day yourself. Please prepare the packing materials in advance before coming.
