Dining table, 1-piece camphor wood slab, solid wood, 180cm wide, oil finish top, Japanese modern, Japandi, natural, modern, contemporary, live edge table
A dining table luxuriously crafted from a single, approximately 6cm thick camphor wood slab.
The powerful flowing grain and natural forms, including knots and cracks, are preserved as they are, creating a truly unique presence.
The soft color distinctive of camphor wood and its somehow warm expression bring tranquility and quality to any space.
Furthermore, the subtle rising fragrance of camphor wood provides a pleasant experience not just visually but also sensorially.
It naturally blends into Japanese modern and Japandi styles, as well as natural modern, minimal, and contemporary spaces,
and asserts a strong presence as the focal point of the room.
Recommended not only as a dining table but also as a work table.
By combining it with quality chairs, fabrics, and houseplants, you can create an even more sophisticated space.
Upon arrival, due to significant scratches and cracks, it has undergone maintenance including sanding, crack filling, and repainting.
Although originally finished with urethane, to allow enjoyment of the rising fragrance of camphor, the tabletop and sides have been finished with Osmo Polyx-Oil, a countertop oil.
Regular oil maintenance will ensure its longevity.
